This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (”Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my Delivery Options?
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (US only).
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Shipping to California (AB-1263)
Highland Canyon will ship to California; however, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees. The customer must declare that the order will be delivered to an address in the state of California prior to adding any product to their cart by selecting the "California - AB1263" option in the Shipping box on each item page. A Highland Canyon team member will contact each customer via the email address associated with the order to obtain AB-1263 required documentation after the order has been placed. Any order with a destination address in the state of California without California shipping declared will be cancelled.
International Shipping
Yes, but international shipping fees will be applied to the product price. International shipping must be declared prior to adding any product to cart by selecting the "International" option in the Shipping box on each item page. Any order with a destination address outside of the United States without international shipping declared will be cancelled.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
